Immigration Physicals

What Is an Immigration Physical?

An immigration physical-officially known as the USCIS Form I-693 Medical Examination-is a mandatory exam required for U.S. permanent residency (green card applications). The purpose is to confirm that you do not have any health-related conditions that pose a public health risk.

Only a USCIS-authorized civil surgeon can perform this medical exam. After your evaluation is complete, the doctor will fill out and seal your Form I-693, which you will submit directly to USCIS. The envelope must remain sealed.

This exam is not a full medical check-up and should not replace your routine healthcare visits.

What the Immigration Exam Includes

Our clinic follows all USCIS guidelines to ensure your exam is compliant and complete.
